Summary of the problem (3.0.7) Draconic Solar panels not working

What is the bug? After update from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 my draconic solar panels are not produncing any power.

Is it repeatable? Craft a draconic solar panel!

Known Fix I dont know how to fix yet.

Break the old solars and delete then then cheat in new sloars. It should work after that
