Open 2.5.2: Veinminer bug with compressed blocks

What is the bug:
Veinminer works when smashing cobble into gravel and gravel into sand etc. with a regular hammer but it doesn't work with compressed hammers and compressed blocks

Vein Miner is not intended to work on compressed blocks with the compressed hammers. The tool-tip on compressed hammers in SF2.5.2 also states that it doesn't work.
