What is the bug:
In NEI it says draconium dust smelted in an Alloy Smelter from Ender IO will produce two draconium ingots where in fact it only produces one.

It's not a bug, nei is wrong draconium bonus ingots was either removed a long time ago, not sure if the DE mod maker did it when it was updated, or was never intended.
 
You are only supposed to get one piece from draconium, blame NEI not DE.
