What is the bug:
Naming bug in the
(white frequency) ore dictionary = cobblestoneBlack
(Black frequency) ore dictionary = cobblestoneWhite

is reversed.

Can it be repeated:
seen in chisel if shift is pressed while hovering over the item also in NEI while holding shift.
