What is the bug:
Does veinmining blocks store block light data at the time they were vein mined? I had this issue when attempting to place redstone with a builder's wand in a previous map (it wouldn't place evenly bc the blocks showed different light levels. This scenario it's with EU conveyors. It's night time, no torches around and some of the blocks still think the light level is high.
