Open 2.5.0: Vienminer using Tinkers Hammer with Smashing

What is the bug:
it seems that vein mining with a Tinkers Hammer with smashing on it ignored the NBT data on cobble stone.

I was vein mining normal cobblestone on a platform of Blue Frequency cobble, and it vein mined the whole platform from under me.

Can it be repeated:
All stone hammer (tough rod, head, and both plates) with a diamond hammer as a modifier.

11x11 platform of Blue Frequency Chisel Cobble
1 stack of normal cobble in a 4x4x4 cube

Stand on top of cobble and vein mine.

Verified this in 2.5.2. If I stand on top of that cube, it only mines the normal cobble. If I stand on the blue cobble, then ...poof... no more platform. (Also verified this with white color frequency and huge cobblestone tiles.)
