What is the bug:
Was watching Wyld stream and ask if acceleration cards were missing. He was able to find them, but I cannot find them or even the base Advanced Card. I do have a screen shot of what I see, and will post it below.

I noticed they were missing on mine. Did a restart of the game client and they were there.
