hey therer , I have no idea how to update the sevr to 2.5.3 the files the the ftb site gives you I have no idea how to doi if , can anyways send me a link to download the full 2.5.3 server with rehashing the files please I get confused so easlily

use the ftb launcher and grab the 2.5.3 server, which is a zip file. Now backup the whole server and then delete everything except the world save. Unzip and upload the new version and then play.

No, just change the version without starting the pack and click the Download Server button and it should download the files for the selected version.
