Open 2.4.2: Magmatic dynamo and enderthermic glitch

What is the bug:
I have the typical ender tank and pump setup into a bunch of magmatics. I am using hardened fluiducts to move the lava. It worked perfectly fine until i moved the pump. then i go home and the tank is full and the dyamos will not fill. but when i use buckets on them they still work. What could be my problem?

Extra info: I had a weird thing with a linkbook and an rf tools world, i used a link book to get out and then i got kicked from the server even though i am not on a server? Then i went back in and it was fine and i was in the overworld.
