What is the bug:
I'm currently having an issue on my server with FTB Utilities where the chunks that i've claimed and set to chunkload aren't being chunk loaded.
I have tested the FTB Utilities chunk loading in my singleplayer world and it works, but in my multiplayer world it isn't working.
