What is the bug:
I just created a new world in infinity evolved, and there were large swaths of ground that were bare dirt, without grass. I thought it was strange, but didn't think too much about it, until I noticed that grass wouldn't grow on it, even when there was grass that should be able to spread. I hacked in some pasture seeds, to see if that would speed the process along, but right-clicking on the bare dirt with pasture seeds did nothing. Mining some of the dirt with grass on it and placing it among the bugged dirt did nothing either: the pasture seeds would turn the freshly placed dirt block into grass, but the grass still wouldn't spread.
I did exit the game a few times w/out closing the launcher, so I tried to snip at the most recent MC launch. Also, FTBLauncherConsole was set to minimal. Sorry.

Can it be repeated:
Haven't created a new world to test yet, but exiting and reloading the world didn't work, nor did exiting and reloading the game.
