What is the bug:
After updating to 2.4.1, I started a new world. I found some Copper Ore from Project Red, so I took a look at the config file, and there appears to be some extra lines at the bottom that should not be there.

Known Fix:
I deleted the config file and started up Minecraft again to generate a new file, it now appears as it should, with Project Red ore generation disabled.
EDIT: Clarification, I had to manually disable ore generation in the new config file.
