What is the bug:
When trying to shift-click items from the Chisel's inventory, anything currently held by your cursor is deleted. Here is a recording I made:
In the video you see me hold one block of Andesite that is irrecoverable after holding it while shift+clicking the stone out of the Chisel tool inventory.
