Version:
2.3.3

What is the bug:
Computer info
CPU: Intel I5-4670K @ 3.4Ghz
RAM: 8Gb DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
GFX: Geforce GTX760 Twinfrozr
OS: Windows 10

Entering and then leaving nether causes issues:

1) NEI gets disabled (as in pressing 'O') and cannot be brought back by pressing 'O' again.

2) Using F7 to show light levels is no longer possible.

3) Using F9 to show chunk grid is no longer possible.

4) Every 10 or so seconds, the client completely freeze for about 1 second. Going back and forth to the nether makes the interval between freezes shorter as well as lowering the TPS and FPS until its no longer playable at all, at one point the game ran so slowly that the animation for a single hit with a pickaxe took like 5 seconds!

I have tried resetting the nether dimension to no avail.

I have tried the /killall command in nether but there were only 4 mobs removed so no change there.

Problems 1 + 2 + 3 are solved by simply relogging, problem 4 however doesnt go away and I have to shut down the client and most times even restart my computer.
These problems happen 100% of the time.

Checking task manager shows no signs of anything strange, memory and CPU usage seems normal and under control, no CPU spikes during the freezes or anything like that. At one point however my memory usage for FTB was almost 6gb even though Java is configured for max 4gb which could indicate some disk swapping issues (maybe?) since my computer is running with 8gb but normally everything looks ok.

Mod & Version:

Paste.feed-the-beast.com log:

Can it be repeated:
Yes, every time I enter and exit nether.

Known Fix:
Restart computer.

I just got into creating dimensions with using RFtools and the exact same thing happens when entering/leaving a dimension there, so it seems to be some issue with unloading the default world or loading another world.
Gonna do some more testing and see if I can narrow it down further. No one else have this issue or heard about it or how to fix it?

So further testing, today I installed optifine, put everything on "fast" where possible, put rendering distance to minimum etc.
Entering a dimension still creates issues 1,2 and 3 but 4 didnt happen, however i did drop a crap ton of FPS, entering the same dimension again crashed the client.
The same happens in a completely new world, just enter nether, go back, shit happens.

No one has any ideas? This place is completely silent =/

Ok i have now finally managed to solve issue 4), 1 + 2 + 3 are still happening but can be solved by simply save and exit and start again.
The solution it seems was to chunk load my entire base by using a BC quarry so i guess something went wrong when unloading something in my base which seems weird since it the should happen by me running away from the base in the same world.
