When using the project table for creating Plastic sheets, if you shift click the plastic sheets the bucket empties but then duplicates leaving one in the 3x3 grid and another in your inventory.

Yes. Place mats for creating plastic sheets in project table and shift click Plastic Sheets, Bucket remains in 3x3 crafting as well as appearing in your inventory.
