What is the bug:
So, my newly crafted golem does not want to do what he's supposed to - carry essentia to the jars. I tried to replace him, rebound all makrs I made with golemancer's bell but that did not help. On that screenshot you can see 1 point of Aer in the alembic, an empty jar, a jar with alembic and a golem with alchemy core, which completely ignores that essentia.
