Open 2.3.3: 2.3.5. can't remove some water blocks

What is the bug:
I've stumbled upon some water blocks which can't be remove neither with a bucket nor by replacing it with another block. Pump doesn't help either - it just keeps sucking water from a single water block.
Server restart with water blocks replaced by other blocks doesn't help - when I remove those blocks the water blocks appear again.
