Open 2.2.2: Decanting Core Golem + Coke Oven = crash

What is the bug:
As the title says, as soon as i place a golem infront of a barrel and order it to empty the coke oven it causes clientside crashes. I can't reconnect to the server until it emptied the coke oven completly. Unfortunatly since the barrel was almost full and the coke oven was at max capacity (64k mb) it's now impossible for me to relog on the server. I've restarted the server twice but it didn't help.
Restarting the client also doesn't work. Infact it seems that things gone worse now because it causes the server to crash entirely.

The host service i'm using does not support versions above 2.2.2 yet so i can't try to "fix" the issue by simply updating the software.

Can it be repeated:
I haven't tried in a single player world yet but i can list what types of blocks were used:

EU Barrel, attach a Wooden Golem + Decanting Core (No upgrade) to it and use the Bell on 2 coke oven's to empty them from creosote oil.

Known Fix:
None so far

there is no crash info in log
if so, use MCEdit to delete barrel

Well i tried to add the server.log too but i was unable to edit my post. Anyway, i just rerolled the server to the most recent backup. That's roughly 5 hours lost but at least it's playable again.

I will try to use the suggested method first if i encounter a similiar problem in the future. Thanks.
