I'm trying to make the pattern storage from IC2 and am unable to. Looks like there may be an issue with the NBT.

I'm trying to edit my post and for some reason it is not letting me.

I have also charged the lasers with no success with the recipe

You can just shift-click the Pattern Storage out of the seemingly-empty crafted item slot. It sucks but it works for now.

Agreed, I have been able to craft it without any problems with the more recent updates.
