What is the bug:
version: 2.2.2 expert mode on

bug: Thaumcraft iron nuggets are worth 4 metallum when they should be worth 1. You get thaumcraft nuggets using the infernal furnace when smelting iron ore or native iron clusters.

Seems do be the case in all my differents saves.

Known Fix:
Change value to 1 metallum? (dunno how lol)

Is their a way to turn the nuggets back into ore or clusters?

Toss one nugget in a crucible with 2 metallum inside yield 3 nuggets, you only need to add 1 aspect to get 3 nuggets of any other ore. you don't get ore or culster back but it still is free ingot. (plus I have to manualy convert them to non thaumcraft nuggets to use them without cheating)

any easy way to change their value?

That sounds like native Thaumcraft to me. Probably worth looking it up in a world with just the one mod.
