Open 2.1.0: ME Crafting Terminal refuses to add items to recipe

What is the bug:
This is for Version 2.2.2, but no option was given for that.

When shift-clicking the question mark while using the ME Crafting Terminal some recipes do not add the items into the UI. Upon some testing it seems a number of IndustrialCraft 2's refuse to add vanilla items. To name a few: Reinforced Glass (refuses to add Glass to the UI), Energium Dust (doesn't add Redstone), Glass Fibre (doesn't add glass).

Can it be repeated:
To repeat: Simply open up the Crafting Terminal's UI and attempt to shift-click one of the above items. Make sure to have the items needed to craft the item already in the ME network.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I looked over some more recipes and found a few more: Compressor (doesn't add Stone), Crop-matron (doesn't add Chest), Liquid Heat Exchanger (doesn't add Glass), Tesla Coil (doesn't add Redstone), and Solar Distiller (doesn't add Glass). This probably isn't a complete list, but I looked over most of IC2.
