Open 2.1.0: Game crashes upon reload

What is the bug:
After playing the game, exiting the game... come back later to load the game, crash. The game will load once I completely close the client and reload. Below is the report. I don't recall having this issue on the ftb launcher but with the curse launcher it happens every time.

EnderIO: Found the following problem(s) with your installation: "An unsupportted old RF API is installed (1.7.10R1.0.1 from Railcraft_1.7.10-9.8.0.0.jar). Ender IO needs at least 1.7.10R1.0.2 and will NOT work with older versions." This may have caused the error. Try reproducing the crash WITHOUT this/these mod(s) before reporting it.

I haven't changed any of the Railcraft configs manually, this may be something with an update or something that was generated while crafting railcraft items? I'm a bit of a noob at this when it comes to file specifics. I'm able to work around this by reloading the client, it only crashes upon exiting the game and then trying to reload my saved world but still annoying nonetheless. I'm guessing others aren't having this issue. I never had this issue when playing on the ftb launcher it wasn't until I created a world with the curse launcher that it occurred.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Backup any saves.
2. Delete the instance and reinstall from Curse Launcher
3. Still having the crash?
   • Yes: Save log to Pastebin.com Continue to step #4
   • No: Enjoy
4. Download the FTB Launcher and try that way.
5. Crashing?
   • Yes: Save log to Pastebin.com Post both crash Reports.
   • No: Post the Curse Launcher crash report. Play game on FTB launcher
