What is the bug:
i am crashing all the time randomly, at first i thought it was ender io because it started appening after i placed a couple conduits from that mod, but it continued appening even after i removed those

It would be nice to know if optifine was the issue though. Can you recreate this crash with optifine disabled? Finding out would help greatly with any further attempts at finding the issue and a possible path of dealing with it.

the issue has stoped appening a little while ago, so removing optifine wouldnt do anything since im not crashing anymore

Well, then the issue seems to have resolved itself. That's good.

I was never asking you to remove optifine though. Just to temporarily disable it as a step in troubleshooting the issue. You had already stated that optifine was the only way to get the game to a state you were comfortable playing in. So removing it would have not solved the actual issue.
