What is the bug:
The railcraft recipe for a vanilla Minecart allows you to create two Minecarts from 5 steel ingots, thus netting you a return of 10 iron ingots when smelted in a Tinker's Construct Smeltery.
This would therefore allow players to dupe both iron and steel infinitely, and really breaks the Infinity Expert Mode.
This bug also exists in the default Infinity mode, so steel could be used to build up big reserves of both iron and steel in a rather cheaty exploitative fashion.
I don't play Infinity Expert mode myself, but I can see how this would break a lot of the progression mechanics by allowing infinite steel and iron to be made without having to gather raw materials, and I would not want to play Expert mode whilst this bug exists, anyway.
