What is the bug:
Many of the items in nuclear contol share a main id. Range triggers, advanced info panels, and extenders...etc they are given numbers like 2596:1 2596:2 2596:3.
When you break them they all turn into 2596 (thermal monitor). This is probably a bug with the ic2 NC mod.

Can it be repeated:
make a new ftb infinity world(2.0.2), place a range trigger and break it. You will get a thermal monitor. Tested this in single player as well as on a server. Happens in both environments.
