i made a 100k rf pet tick big reactor and automated the input and output of fuel/waste

i made a vid of it here

please leave any feedback and if you know the limit of big reactors please tell me

the limit, I heard, was 16x16x48

that would probably be around 1 million rf/t on monster if you place the rods correctly ;)

i made a 9x9x12 (I think it's 12 :O) and it was outputting 209krf/t, enough to send on public energy and not running out (yet)

I made a 12 core Reactorcraft HTGR Reactor. 160k RF/t. I could possibly get more if I used another turbine. ^.^

you probably need another 4-5 turbines.

my "little" 8-core pebblebed feeding two heat exchangers and 4x6 boilers will feed 4 small turbines at near max, with some steam buildup. ~3.8-4.0 GW.
dumping all four groups into a HP turbine shows its true output is actually ~4.2GW, or roughly 750K RF/t. HP turbine and turbine generator FTW!!!

heres what one layer looks like.
O-insulating block
C-core
A-air or whatever.
E-exchanger
AAOAA
AOCOA
OCECO
AOCOA
AAOAA
stack two of these layers on top of each other. hook up the fuel, waste, and CO2 lines. rock out to more power than you can shake a gear at.

make sure all exposed edges of the cores, boilers, and exchangers are covered. any block or pipe serves this purpose, so the top and bottom of the boilers along with 5 edges of the exchanger are covered. the last edge will be covered when insulating the boilers.

Well, I know what I'm doing today.
