Problem 1 time trying minecraft FTB and my fps is 1 please help :(

how can i fix it? please help . we created a server but unfortunately i can't play with my friends

Are you allocating enough RAM to your launcher? When you open the client and go to your modpack, you should go to "Settings", scroll down, and increase the RAM allocated to the game.

If all your friends are also having this same issue then I am not too sure, sorry.

what kind of video card do you have? You might need to add Java to the list of programs allowed to use the video card.

i'm rocking the Rx 580 reference Card 4gb vram partnered with 16gbs of ram and ryzen 5 2600

when i play the vanilla server it's all good but when i go for the ftb revelation server it drops to 1 fps

This page https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-017#SGApplication has some info about setting the AMD drivers to high performance mode for recent apps. I don't have an AMD card so I'm not sure if it will work for you.
