Open 1.8.2: Escritoire Crashing

What is the bug:
I'm using stock 1.8.2.

I've noticed that when you attempt to do 'research' using the Escritoire, with, say, a Rocky Bee in the centre, as soon as you add *any* bee to the place where you can put drops, honeycombs, etc, you get an instant crash.

A few other bees seem to also cause this problem. I think this also happened with the Ancient Bee.

For now, I'm fine using the wiki to look things up.

This bug still exists in 2.2.2

Crash report and forge log please.

I tried looking for the 'forge log', but I couldn't seem to find it.

These three log files all seem to talk about the error, so hopefully someone can parse what's going on, and help fix it.
