Open 1.8.2: Energy Loss Big Reactor / Tesseract

What is the bug:
I have 3 Turbines producing 21318 RF/t sending their energy to my vibrant capacitor bank directly via Tesseracts - right now i have 3 channels 1 for each reactor and 3 tesseracts connectet to the bank, because with only 1 tesseract i had only 20k income.

but even with this setup i only have ~50k income where it should be somewhere like 63k.

where is the loss coming from?

How large is your capacitor bank? If I remember correctly the max IN/OUT is 10% of the banks size.

The capacitor bank should be way larger than needed - i think i found the problem.
i have setup a long capacitor bank that connects to all the power outputs from the turbines and now i have the correct number and no loss anymore so the tesseracts have a pretty huge energy loss... i couldnt find a .cfg to change that.
Im really curious because all i could find is that tesseracts should not have energy loss anymore.

Tesseracts have no loss, they directly connect what's attached to them. I have almost the same setup as you: 3 Turbines connected via Tesseracts into a medium sized (27 blocks in a 3x3x3) Vibrant Capacitor Bank. If I run the capacitor bank down and then turn on the 3 Tesseracts I get my full recharge rate (approx 3 * 28K TF/t).
