What is the bug:
Booster Engine is missing, can't be crafted.

So other item that need it, can't be made either.

It is craftable, but a lot of GraviSuite item names are not translating correctly. Check NEI

when you craft the heat vent, its gets charged, so it changes it id so you can't craft...

NEI shows it's possible, but you can't.

Using creative mode you can get different results.

Oh, you mean it's uncraftable because of that... It's an IC2 Experimental issue. If you are playing in SP world, downgrade to industrialcraft-2-2.2.759-experimental, thats what i did.
