What is the bug:
I was looking for ways to get nether quartz, and it seems there is a recipe error showing that stone stairs can be macerated into 2 nether quartz each. I haven't tested this myself so I don't know if this is actually possible to do but if it is, this should be fixed as I believe it's because of an incorrectly set recipe. The ID shown in NEI is 67:7 for the stone stairs in question.
