1.7.10 - what forge and mods?

Im trying to make a 1.7.10 server but instead of waste hours to test mods and forge version I want to ask you who is using 1.7.10 what version of mods and forge you are using

ex. I have been downloading the lastes NEI and CCC with Forge but it crashes. So if anybody already have a setup thats working it would be nice to know about that.

Don't use latest NEI, use recommended or any later version between latest and recommended.
I'm using Forge 1207

Apart from that, grab the latest version of mods.
Don't forget FastCraft for clients, although 1.8 is very crashy. See if you can get 1.6.

If you want, I could share my private pack as a starting point.
