[1.7.10]Is there a way to make each new save start with some specified files?

I'd want to make each new save have a default customnpcs directory with some dialogs and quests I set up, to be used by NPCs that spawn in Recurrent Complex structures. I kow lockdown can copy worlds from templates, but I don't want the whole world to be copied, only some files.

If you create the pack with the folder pre-existing with those files in it, I don't believe it will be over written depending on how the mod is set up. It's worth a try.
