The problem:
Hunger Overhaul overlays the hunger bar with a saturation bar. Very useful. Dual Hotbar moves the hunger bar upwards to make space for the second hotbar, but the saturation bar isn't moved along with it, and now overlays a part of the second hotbar instead.
Dual Hotbar has an option for an extended hotbar (18 spaces in one row) rather than a dual one, but that option IMO reduces its usability significantly and I would prefer not to use it.
