Welcome to Delta-9 Tech Pack!
PACK CODE: delta9

This is a full-feature pure tech modpack for Minecraft 1.7.10.
The focus of Delta-9 is to provide a clean collection of the best tech mods without the excess.
My goal is to create a solid experience while keeping the pack as light-weight as possible.
UPDATE!

3/25/2015 -
Currently I'm working on a new release of the pack. So far I've collected all the core mods' latest versions and have begun configurations. When I started this pack, I had a very outdated system, but since then I've built a new gaming computer that can handle anything; so I'm no longer going to optimize for low-end systems, though I am definitely still going to focus on keeping the pack as streamlined and clutter-free as possible. My goal is to eventually have a tech-modpack that's been adjusted and balanced for the most cohesive experience.

DESCRIPTION

(Current available release is v1.1.0 - Nov. 2014)
This mod pack is for those of us that:
  • love tech mods
  • disregard magic
  • enjoy clean worlds
  • don’t have the best computer
Many packs these days are filled to the brim with everything under the sun, but Delta-9 does things a little more carefully. I wanted to create that all-in-one tech mod experience without just throwing in every mod in existence; so I sifted through the huge list of available mods and picked ones that I believe work together to create such an experience while leaving out the clutter.

I want my pack to be playable on lower-end machines. Leaving out everything that did not contribute to the core focus of the pack was left out. Besides, world generation that’s congested drives me crazy! So I’m making it as simple as possible without taking away from the playability. So far, v1.0.0 is playable with default RAM and only 128M PermaGen!

I suggest using Github for publishing configs/scripts instead of a google document.

This is one of the best mod packs i have come a cross, but there is some issues.
there is no recipe for the quarry plus mod (if you can even build the stuff)
the ender io lights crashes the game, I only tried the unpowered though.
Other than that i enjoy it a lot :)

Hey guys, thanks for checking out my mod pack! I've been away from MC for the past few months but would like to continue updating this pack and making it better.
I'm just a guy who wanted to make a pack mostly for myself to play, but I thought it would be cool to share it as well. I've just now been inclined to get back at it and so in the near future I'll be updating the mods currently in the pack as well as scouting for anything new that might be good additions.

Now, to answer a few of your questions!

fyi, for some reason when i ad biomes o plenty, it just closes out of minecraft

Yes, as with any modpack, adding more mods has a chance of causing problems and crashing, especially with larger mods. Users are free to add whatever they want, but I can't help with any issues.

This looks like a good pack. Can you make a server download?

There is a server pack available for the current version. I'm not the most experienced with MC server management and configuration, but I did some local testing and believe it's functional.
Hopefully, I'll be able to keep making server downloads for future versions.

I suggest using Github for publishing configs/scripts instead of a google document.

I've never used Github, but it's worth checking out. Thanks!

Are we allowed to make a lets play and post a link in the forum?

Absolutely!

Ah, yes there IS a recipe but for some reason it's not visible from NEI. The mod author had them listed on their mod page, but now it seems like it's visible within NEI using the latest versions.
I'll be updating and fixing this issue.
