[1.7.10] Craft Modpack [Tech][Magic][Casual] + Server Files

hey can you explain how to install a server? i maneged to run mine after downloading the 1.7.10 servar and adding the files but when i enter the game there is some wierd bugs, for example there is no emc values shown on any items, you cant access any of the other inventory tabs ( like galacticcraft one), it seems like it dosent add the mods to the server... can you change the server download to be complete like the other modpacks?
other than that i LOVE this modpack and the fact that it has EE2, my favorite mod with all the other mods updated (the only good modpack that has ee2 that i found is tekkit and its so old and oudated)...

When I tried to start the modpack it gave me "unable to download MrTJPCore-1.7.10-1.0.3.5-universal.jar" I tried searching for it on the Internet but what I found didn't solve my problem.
If someone has the file can he send it to me? My email is "[email protected]".
