What is the bug:
Tinker's Mechworks crashes when a signal bus is placed. It is an error with Waila however.

Can it be repeated:
Easily reproducable by placing a signal bus in any world.

Known Fix:
Disabling Waila and its sub mods Harvestability and Wawla fixes the error.
