Open 1.7.0: FTB evolved expert mode activation issue

What is the bug:
Hi !

I have issue trying to activate FTB evolved !
I just made a new biomes O plenty world, and try to activate the expert mode, so typing /ftb_mode set expert , but it returns a " Unknown command. Try /help for a list of commands "
All mods are active, i didnt touch anything.

If someone has a solution ... !

I'm getting a message back that I don't have permission to enter the command. Also in a BoP world.

Open your world to LAN, enable cheats, enter command.

Enable cheats in the lan world activation screen. Enabling cheats in NEI has no effect. You'll also need to update to a version which includes the new utilities.

it's directly under the folder for the world you wish to set it for.
saves/[worldname]/ftb_gamemode.txt . just write "expert" in it (without quotation marks), all lowercase.
