Open 1.7.0: [1.11.2] Wrong name displayed for Ender IO conduits in Waila

What is the bug:
When looking at any conduit from Ender IO, Waila will display them as "Conduit Connector" instead of the proper conduit name. Waila also no longer displays fluid amount or power amount stored in the conduits.

Can it be repeated:
1. Place down any conduit type from the mod Ender IO.
2. Look at the conduit.
3. Look at the Waila UI.

Known Fix:
I do not know how to fix this bug.

It seems waila has problems interacting with EnderIO 2.3.0 beta builds. If you really want to fix that, you can roll back to EnderIO-1.7.10-2.2.8.381
