What is the bug:
The crystal bow from Botania is not supposed to require arrows. It should only require a source of mana, such as a charged mana tablet in the user's inventory.
In 1.11.1 the crystal bow will not fire unless there is at least one arrow in the user's inventory.

A workaround is to keep an arrow in one's inventory when using the crystal bow.

- attempt to fire bow with right-click
