1.6.4 modpacks won't download

can someone help me please? here is my pastebin http://pastebin.com/Kq8ipuxF
if i try to download a 1.2.5 , 1.4.7 and 1.5.2 modpacks it work's fine and i can play, if i download a 1.6.4 the download start , download all the mods and when it comes to download jars say error occurred during download the game :'((( i'm sad for this

As in where exactly is your FTB folder? On your Desktop in your Downloads folder where in therms of C:\xxx\xxx? Obviously you are installing them into the FTB folder. The reason I asked is because a lot of times the reason that minecraft does not want to install is because of where the user has chosen to put the FTB folder. Also check your antivirus program and see if it is blocking the download. You can do this by temporarily disabling it, note that some antivirus programs do not like to be disabled even temporarily and may still cause download problems even when disabled. Check out the 'Other USEFUL Information' first paragraph of the recommended install guide for a list of some that do that.
