Windows .exe 1.6.4 Mod Packs Wont Open Despite Newest Version of Java

Ever since the 1.6.4 Mod Packs Came out for the launcher every time i try and open them the launcher crashes before the minecraft/mojang splash screen.

This is the crash which showed in the console

And they said that it was the Java, so I updated to the latest version of Java (Version 7 Update 45) and I am still getting a crash but it has changed

It now shows:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/lwjgl/LWJGLException

I got a screenshot but getting it to paste to paste-bin is near enough impossible since it closes immediately:

If you don't need the 32 bit Java, I suggest uninstalling that.

Try deleting the mod pack folder and allowing it to redownload
