1.6.4 Issues

I've been having issues with most of the 1.6.4 mod packs recently, I don't know what's happening, I hope you can help me find out. (I am not the expert type on modding...)
Here is an example with Direwolf20's Season 6 Mod Pack (1.0.16)
(I use 64 bit Java, using 3.5 GB RAM, Windows 7)

try deleting the libraries folder from C:\Users\pc\Downloads\
then do a force update on the modpack from the settings tab of the launcher and try again

check the folder at "C:\Users\pc\Downloads\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\mods\1.6.4

you should have these 3 files in it:
CodeChickenLib-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.45.jar
ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.227.jar
WorldCore-universal-1.6.4-1.1.0.17.jar

I meant files, derp. Anyways, you told me to check the 3 files in the folder you told me to, what should I do with them?

if they are there and match EXACTLY what i posted before, then nothing. otherwise, try a force update again
