The Hammer Gaming community started out as a small group of friends who played World of Warcraft and over the years has grown into a large group of friends who span many games. We value the person more than the miner, meaning that you should be personable and fun to play with. If you are a great builder or amazing engineer but are no fun to be around then we are not the server for you. However, we expect our members to know how to help themselves when it comes to learning the game and mods, the mods are here to help but not hold people's hands. We are however a full a GregTech server, so its crafting "Hard-Mode", so be prepared.

- No mechanical digging in the main world. Quarry's and large turtle operations are bannable.

Guest - Can chat but not build or interact
Recruit - Can chat/build/interact. On Probation. No chunkloading
Regular - Can chat/build/interact.
Veteran - The first rule about Veterans is don't ask to become one.
Admins - Be nice and they won't bother you.

We use Stargates for portals and /warp to get to digging worlds
Chunkloading:
Chunkloading is currently enabled in a limited fashion. Each player will be assigned 2 Personal World Anchors and 2 World Anchors. World Anchors are powered by milk which will allow the anchor to run for 4 hours. adding more milk into the into the anchor by means of automation is strictly prohibited.
Promotion Policy:
The first rule of promotion is to not ask about promotion.
The mods will decide who and when to promote, end of story.
Rules:
- No Greifing (If the mods think it’s greifing, its greifing)
- Do not mess with other people's stuff without permission
- Build only in your area. Projects (municipal) that take you outside your immediate area need approval.
- Do not create hi-lag machines
- No mechanical mining in the overworld. There are no resources, use the mining world.
- No TNT blasts greater than 64 without a mod present
- Do not attempt to obtain banned items. If you do find a way to make them, you will be banned.
- Nuclear Reactors are not restricted, but if you blow your whole town up we won’t come and fix it.
- DO NOT ask us to Teleport you somewhere or to change the time or weather. WE WILL NOT DO IT!
Punishments:
- Griefing: Perm Ban
- Stealing: Perm Ban
- Damaging Spawn: Perm Ban
- High-Lag machine First Offense: 1 Hour Jailtime
- High-Lag Machine Second Offense: 4 hours Jail time
- High-Lag Machine Third Offense: 1 Day Jail time
- High-Lag Machine Future Offense: May result in banning, will be up the Mods.
- Offensive chat: 1-hour Jail time and muted for all infractions.
- Being a dick to other players First Offense: 2-Hours Jail time
- Being a dick to other players Second Offense: 4-Hour Jail time
- Being a dick to other players Third Offense: Banned, (May appeal on the forums)
- Asking for a teleport/weather change/time of day change: 1hr Jail time
Appeal process:
1. Get banned like a dumbass
2. Make a new thread in the forums (forums.hammergaming.com). The Subject must start with "[Appeal] IGN:"
3. Make your case why you think you deserve to be un-banned.
4. Before the appeal is even considered you will need another member in good standing to "Second" your appeal. Meaning they agree and they need to post that in the appeal thread.
5. Within 5 days the mods will decide. If you Banning is upheld then your forum account will also be removed and you will be notified via email.
