Problem [1.6.4] DW20 1.0.14 with MCPC crash on startup

MCPC version: 1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B245

I tried previous MCPC versions and they also did not work.

Have you tried your luck with the latest recommended build of MCPC, 1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B223?

This thread seems to suggest that it could be a garbled file causing problems:

I'm not sure if it is relevant due to it referring to plain Bukkit, but not too sure what else to suggest.

When did the error start occurring?

Following nallar's logic, your stack trace would indicate that in your case the problem is with your mcpc.yml file.
