1.6.2 folder structure?

I'm waiting for 1.6.2 to come out to update my resource pack, but I have no idea what the modded folder skeleton looks like.

Has anyone done this yet?

All mods have their own "assets" folder. The contents of the folder just goes in the assets folder of the texture pack alongside the minecraft folder
