Open 1.6.2 Crash When Using Creative Menu

What is the bug:
When using the creative menu whilst in game. I click the right arrow to go onto the next page of mod tabs but then if I do it again to view page 3 it causes a crash

Yes, happens every time the 3rd page is tried to be viewed
