1.6.1: ExtraTrees' Lumbermill non-functional

    What is the bug:
    The Lumbermill in Binnie's ExtraTrees is non-functional in pre13. Planks produced by logs are unplacable except when lumbermilling two logs, which results in an infinite stack of planks that are placeable.

    Known Fix:
    This is fixed by updating to pre14, however this update has been available for more than two weeks. Direwolf20 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 yesterday updated to pre13, missing the pre14 bugfix. What happened?
