Yeah lol I dunno what I was thinking when I had it install to the Downloads folder. I'm mostly glad I was able to fix the issue and I hope people looking for a solution can find this, because I searched high and low and found a few questions about the same problem but no solid solutions. My fix might not be the exact one needed, but at least this worked once, so it might help someone else.
