1.5.0: Pumping Etching Acid in Extra Utilities Drum

What is the bug:
My Server is running on Direwolf20 1.6.1 on Minecraft 1.7.10

I built a Pump(BC Factory) over a naturally ocuring Etching Acid (PneumaticCraft) lake to fill my Drum(Extra Utilities) in my mining age(Mystcraft)
Server crashed and won't start again.

Anyone an idea how i can fix this?
Tried recreating this in singleplayer => no crash

first, go into mcEdit and remove the pump + tank, then mybe try it again with a different machine or tank.

also, pneumaticcraft is out of date
